Every marketing email must
- Identify you clearly as the sender, with accurate From, Reply-To and subject lines.

We monitor every account. Accounts are paused automatically if, over the last 7 days, permanent bounces exceed 5% or spam complaints exceed 0.1% of email sent. Hard-bounced and complaining addresses are suppressed automatically and cannot be re-added.
Enforcement
We may pause or close accounts that break this policy, without refund of unused credits where the breach is serious. Report abuse to [email protected].
